Is a remote-work agreement mandatory?
Yes. From 30% of the working week done remotely, Ley 10/2021 requires a written agreement signed by both parties. LapsoWork generates it automatically.
Which expenses must be compensated for a remote worker?
The company must compensate expenses arising from remote work. The amount is agreed in the contract and reflected in the payslip.
Is the right to disconnect respected?
Yes. Notifications outside availability time bands are silenced. The record shows that it is effectively respected.
Does it integrate with Google Drive or Microsoft Teams?
Yes. The remote team can share and access work files through the integration with Google Drive and Microsoft Teams, keeping employment documentation centralised in the LapsoWork document manager.
