How much does Lapsowork cost per month?
The Basic plan costs €2/employee/month and the Advanced plan €3.50/employee/month. Both include a 30-day free trial with no lock-in and no credit card. See the full breakdown on our pricing page.
Can I try Lapsowork for free without a credit card?
Yes. Lapsowork offers a 30-day free trial with full access to every feature, no credit card and no commitment. Our team helps you migrate your data from Excel or another tool at no cost.
Is Lapsowork cheaper than other HR software?

What payment methods are accepted?
Direct debit with monthly billing based on active users. A single, deductible invoice.

Implementation and integrations

Is there any implementation cost?
No. Setup, migration from Excel and initial team training are included at no extra cost.
What is the implementation like? Do we need anything special?
You do not need to install anything. Lapsowork runs 100% in the cloud from browser, mobile or tablet. All you need is an internet connection.
How does it fit with my current accountant or payroll software?
Your accountant or accounting software still calculates payroll. Lapsowork handles distributing payslips to each employee, collecting their signature and archiving them. It also has a public API and CSV/XML integration to connect with the main accounting tools. Our technical team helps with the integration at no extra cost.
Is integration with other software possible?
Yes. We have a documented public API and direct connectors with the main accounting firms and third-party accounting and payroll software (A3, Sage, ContaSOL), which are the ones that calculate payroll. Lapsowork then takes care of distributing and archiving it.
Do you build custom developments?
Yes. We have our own team of developers who prepare tailored technical and commercial proposals for the Custom plan.

Is there any support or customer service?

Do I need specific devices for clock-ins?
No. Any device with an internet connection works. We offer kiosk tablets for sites with several employees if you need them.
Is there a limit on users or documents?
No. No limits on employees, users or the volume of documents in the document manager.
