Purpose	To provide the requested services and to send commercial communications.
Legal basis	Performance of a contract: tax, accounting and administrative management of clients (GDPR art. 6.1.b). Legitimate interest of the data controller: the use of the WhatsApp instant messaging tool as a means of communication (GDPR art. 6.1.b). Sending of commercial communications, including by electronic means (GDPR recital 47, LSSICE art. 21.2).
Recipients	Tax Administration; financial entities; WhatsApp Ireland Limited. The technology provider of the web form, Formspree Inc. (USA), acts as a data processor under standard contractual clauses.
International transfers	Transfers to third countries (USA, Ireland) are envisaged due to the use of WhatsApp as a means of communication and of Formspree for form processing.
