  1. 2015

    LapsoWork is founded in Spain with the mission of simplifying HR for small and medium-sized businesses.

  2. 2019

    Mandatory time tracking comes into force: a growth milestone and validation of the product.

  3. 2020

    Launch of iOS and Android apps with biometric signing.

  4. 2022

    ISO 9001 certification and Esquema Nacional de Seguridad (ENS) medium level. First export to Latin America.

  5. 2023

    Launch of the whistleblowing channel compliant with Ley 2/2023.

  6. 2025

    Verso 20 project: AI applied to HR, co-financed by FEDER.

  7. 2026

    Early compliance with the new 2026 digital clock-in law.
