Quality policy

CEDESA DIGITAL, SL — the group of which LAPSOWORK, SL forms part — adapting to the needs and demands of an increasingly competitive and changing market, has in place a Quality Management System, described in the Manual and developed through its Procedures, in conformity with the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001 standard (version in force).
Management expressly declares its fundamental commitment to comply with the requirements of all interested parties, others undertaken voluntarily, those associated with the service, and the legal and regulatory requirements of the activities we carry out (design and development of software projects, ICT advisory and consultancy, and the performance of computer forensic reports), and to continuously improve the Management System, deploying all the necessary human and material resources in order to achieve compliance with the following policy:
- Our main objective is the satisfaction of our customers and, ultimately, of all interested parties.
- The company is fully committed to compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements, the requirements of customers and those associated with our products (quality, legality, etc.).
- Management will promote all the measures deemed appropriate to achieve this objective, focusing not only on the customer but also on the satisfaction of employees, who are, in short, the ones who make it possible to reach the goals we have set ourselves.
- All workers must be made aware of their responsibilities regarding quality, involving them in the company's culture in this respect.
- Customer complaints and dissatisfaction will be dealt with individually in order to provide a prompt and as appropriate a response as possible.
- Continuous improvement requires the collaboration and participation of all levels and, to this end, information and communication are indispensable.
"Quality is made by people and not by companies." Only we can, through our effort and good work, achieve satisfaction in our company policy.
Management ensures the understanding of this policy throughout all personnel and carries out internal audits to verify the efficiency and adequacy of the system.
